Invitation from the Swedish-Polish Chamber of Commerce
DefenceTech and Security: Driving Innovation and Strategic Cooperation
Invitation from the Swedish-Polish Chamber of Commerce
The “Polish House” Civic Association has established a partnership with the Swedish-Polish Chamber of Commerce. Our partners invited the President of the Association, Prof. Jรณzef Haber, to join a panel at a conference in Stockholm. At the same time, they informed us that our members who conduct business activities and own their own companies are eligible to participate in the conference. Below, we provide information regarding the conference and the terms of participation. * * *

Please feel free to invite guests from your network
You are all warmly welcome, and we encourage you to invite colleagues, business contacts, and other guests from your networks. We ask, however, that every participant registers in advance.
You can for instance use the digital invitation, including the full current agenda, which is available under this email and also here: https://gansub.com/t/pm/6684275485451/.
Co-hosts, Event Partner and conference details
We have extended the duration of the conference to 18.15, followed by networking and light refreshments until 20:00.
The event is co-hosted by the Embassy of Poland in the Kingdom of Sweden, Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH), Polish Dual-Use & Defence Chamber, Stockholm Business Region and Australian Business Council of Scandinavia. It is proudly supported by Sii Poland as Event Partner.
We continue to refine the program and add speakers, panelists and Event Partners. The detailed agenda is continuously updated on our website: Swedish-Polish Chamber Of Commerce Events (please scroll down to 30 November).
Moderators, speakers and panelists
We have two new moderators: Sebastian Magier, Senior Business Development Manager, Head of Office, Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) and Konrad Szczฤsny, Business Development Manager, Stockholm Business Region.
Since the program is still evolving, we kindly ask you to reach out to us as soon as possible. If you would like to join the event or nominate a speaker or panelist, please let us know.
Please note that nominating a speaker, panelist or moderator at our events requires membership in the Chamber or assuming the role of an Event Partner. We regularly accept new members and new Event Partners.
If your name already appears in the agenda and you have not yet confirmed your availability, we kindly ask you to do so as soon as possible. Otherwise, we may need to offer your place to another speaker or panelist.
For those listed as speakers, please also confirm the title of your presentation. Some presentation titles remain provisional and intended as indications of potential topics.
We kindly ask all speakers to provide their presentations in PPT or PDF format no later than 23 November. In case the presentations are too large to be sent by email, which happens quite often, we recommend using We Transfer.
We are at this stage planning to have 4 panel discussions, and we have tentatively proposed the composition of each panel. Please let us know if you have any other suggestions.
The moderators will contact each group of panelists and propose questions to be asked during the coming discussions. Each panelist is of course also free to propose questions to the moderators: Sebastian Magier, sebastian.magier@paih.gov.pl
The opportunity to gain additional visibility
Companies interested in gaining additional visibility in connection with the seminar are warmly invited to become our Event Partners and benefit from extensive exposure before, during and after the event.
More information is available here: https://svenskpolska.se/en/eventpartners/
We are also still open to welcoming additional organisations and institutions as co-hosts. Beyond contributing to the event itself, we would expect co-hosts to actively promote the seminar through their own networks, helping us broaden the event`s visibility and reach new audiences.
Business delegation from Poland
A 50-strong business delegation organised by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) and the Polish Dual-Use & Defence Chamber will participate in the conference. The delegation will remain in Stockholm on 1 December for B2B meetings with Swedish companies, creating additional opportunities for partnerships, commercial cooperation, and technology collaboration.
Swedish companies interested in learning more about these meetings may contact Sebastian Magier, Senior Business Development Manager and Head of Office at sebastian.magier@paih.gov.pl. or Natalia Radzik, Consultant, at natalia.radzik@paih.gov.pl. They both represent Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH).
On 2 December, the business delegation will visit SSC Space in Kiruna.
About Chamber events
All our events are conducted in English. Presentations are limited to 12 minutes, while moderated panel discussions typically last around 30 minutes and bring together five to six panelists, separate from the speakers. All moderators, speakers, and panelists are expected to participate on site.
For communication and promotional purposes, we kindly ask for a photo and short bio of each speaker and panelist, as well as a brief description of the company or organisation they represent.
We always strive to create a balanced and diverse group of speakers and panelists, bringing together different nationalities, professional backgrounds, perspectives, and a good gender balance.
Our events are generally open to everyone who is interested in attending and are completely free of charge. However, given the particular theme and nature of this seminar, participation will be in person only. There will be no online option and, most likely, no recording of the event as a whole. We intend, however, to record selected parts of the conference. If you already now know that you do not wish us to record your contribution, please let us know.
The webinar The DualโUse Growth Playbook – Grants, Loans, Credits, M&A and Industrial Partnerships
We also welcome registrations and potential contributors to the webinar ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ-๐๐ฌ๐ & ๐๐ฉ๐๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฐ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฒ๐๐จ๐จ๐ค: ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ, ๐๐๐ฑ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ, ๐&๐ & ๐๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ง๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ๐ฌ (online only), https://www.linkedin.com/events/thedual-usegrowthplaybook-grant7518670637549113345/, on 5 November.
Please do not hesitate to ask questions and to comment.
